Adrienne Arellano's heart and intuitive nature beckoned her to become a healer through the use of energy medicine and shamanic practices. Adrienne is Reiki certified under the Usui Lineage of Reiki Healing and is CranioSacral Therapy certified through The Upledger Institute International. She has completed mastery coursework in shamanic studies with The Light Body School and is a Chakra/Herb Wellness coach.

Adrienne enjoys the outdoors, being creative, and spending time with family.  

She is Co-Founder of One Spirit Health and of Children of Today, Tomorrow & Forever. 

Adrienne operates a private healing practice in Albuquerque, NM alongside her husband, Norman Arellano, and is a licensed Associate Broker and Realtor® with Arias Links Realty. Adrienne has a Bachelor's in Business Administration and has served in the insurance and financial service industries.
